Here you will find answers to the most frequently asked questions about our loyalty program, Frequent Fisher.
You earn points when you dine in one of our restaurants or when you order takeaway through the Sticks'n'Sushi app. For example, if you spend 500 DKK, you earn 500 points. Note: You do not earn points for purchases through delivery partners or orders via our website.
You earn discounts and benefits with your points. For example, if you spend 500 DKK, you earn 500 points on your profile. These points can be used as payment equivalent to 50 DKK on a future purchase. So, you earn 10% of your bill for future visits.
Takeaway: During payment, you can choose whether to use your points or save them for another time.
In the restaurants: Inform the server before payment that you are a Frequent Fisher and would like to use your points. The server needs to be provided with your member ID (Found under More --> Wallet), and then they can see your points and deduct them from the bill!
Yes! You can earn points both in the restaurant and when you order takeaway. To earn points as a diner in the restaurant, simply scan your bill within 24 hours after visiting us. To earn points with takeaway, you need to order through the app. When logged into the app, you automatically earn your points. Note: You do not earn points for purchases through delivery partners or orders via our website.
No. You do not earn points for purchases from delivery partners. Orders must be placed through the Sticks'n'Sushi app while logged in.

Earned points are valid for the current month plus 1 year from the time they are earned. Additionally, earned points expire upon unsubscribing from the loyalty program.
Inside the app under "Frequent Fisher," you can find all your benefits. The validity, as well as the conditions, are listed under each benefit.
There are three levels you can achieve: Aka, Kuro, and Kin. The more frequent a fisher you are, the more points and higher level you achieve. Every point counts and brings you closer to new and unique benefits. Aka is the first level and requires no points. Kuro requires 10,000 points, and Kin requires 25,000 points. When you visit us in our restaurants or order takeaway, you earn points that can be used on your next Sticks'n'Sushi experience. You gain different benefits at different levels.

To unsubscribe and delete your profile, you must be logged into the app. Go to "More" and press "Leave Sticks'n'Sushi Loyalty Program."

As a member of our loyalty program, you gain several benefits. You get access to special campaigns and events before anyone else. You earn points on every purchase you make, which you can use as payment for both takeaway and in our restaurants. Your earned points also unlock unique benefits, such as free delivery, free coffee, or complimentary Ebi Bites.
You can find your points balance inside the app under "Frequent Fisher."
No. Only you can use your benefits and points.

No. There are no membership fees, only benefits.
It requires a certain number of points to reach higher membership levels. Aka is the first level and requires 0 points. Kuro is the next level and requires 10,000 points. Kin is the highest level and requires 25,000 points. The benefits under each level can be found under "Frequent Fisher" under the info button.
You have 24 hours to scan your bill. Points cannot be earned on purchases older than 24 hours.
Points can only be used as payment. However, they can be used for both Eat-in and Takeaway orders.
You can always leave the loyalty program. Upon unsubscribing from the program, earned points are forfeited.
Yes. To be a Frequent Fisher, you need to have the app.
