Employee wellbeing

One studies law, another dreams of becoming a head chef, a third is saving up to travel around the world, and a fourth aspires to become a manager at one of our restaurants. We have an ambition to promote diversity and inclusion and thus employ many varieties of fishes.

Diversity in our restaurants is a prerequisite for harvesting diverse capabilities and perspectives. A diverse and inclusive environment creates a sense of belonging among employees and a trust in our culture. This means creating consistent, fair, and transparent policies and practices, and a zero-tolerance for discriminatory behaviours and harassment.

We provide equal access to opportunity, a variety of roles and a clear career path. We prioritize developing specialised training and development opportunities to ensure that our little fish can grow into bigger fish.

Human rights
We are committed to respect human rights as defined by the UN Guiding Principles on Business and Human rights. Our commitment to respect human rights applies to all our activities, relationships, and throughout the value chain, and it refers to internationally recognised human rights as described in the International Bill of Human Rights

According to the Danish Institute for Human Rights, more than 90% of the 169 SDG targets reflect core international human rights and labour standards. Therefore, by working with human rights, we also reinforce the 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development, which provides a shared blueprint for peace and prosperity for people and planet.
